This workshop will introduce you to the principles and techniques of CBT, a type of therapy that focuses on how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected and can be modified to improve overall mental well-being.
You will leave this workshop with a better understanding of the body's natural stress response, as well as practical skills to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patters and behaviors.
